OTEKA Solutions, Inc. is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit powering the DOC DASH Method of Operation. We bring police, motorists, and EMS together through education under one statewide safety protocol. As the flagship of DOC DASH, we lead outreach, partnerships, and funding efforts to unite communities and public safety leaders under a single, trusted standard.

OTEKA Solutions, Inc. is a Missouri-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit powering the DOC DASH Method of Operation — the only patented safety system uniting police, motorists, and EMS. Through education and training, we deliver a trilateral safety curriculum for drivers, law enforcement, and first responders, supported by a patented communication unit designed for motorists. Our mission is to lead education, outreach, and funding initiatives that embed one statewide safety protocol — creating consistent, life-saving standards that build trust between communities and police.
